The luxurious annex Bauer Casa Nova offers ten elegant guestrooms as well nine luxurious suites. All accommodations are decorated in a traditional Venetian style with patterned walls in rich jewel colours and impressive marble floors and they offer latest comfort and luxury.
- The Casa Nova Double Rooms have a size of 22 to 36 squaremetres (237 to 388 square feet) and they are equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated in a typical Venetian design. The bathrooms of these rooms are equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and some some bathroom have bathtub and separate shower.
Maximum occupancy 2 adults. - The Casa Nova Suites have a size of 32 to 34 suqaremetres (345 to 366 square feet) and they are decorated in a typical Venetian style. These suites consist of a bedroom with one king size bed and a living room with a small sitting area and a sofa bed as well as a small kitchenette.
Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child. - The Casa Nova Superior Suites have a size of 39 to 50 squaremetres (420 to 539 square feet) and they are decorated in a typical Venetian style. These suites consist of a bedroom with one king size bed and a living room with a small sitting area and a sofa bed as well as a small kitchenette. The bathrooms of these suites are equipped with bathtub and separate shower and some bathrooms have daylight.
