The Bauer Hotel > Guestrooms & Suites

The Hotel Bauer offers 91 guestrooms and 18 suites on five floors, appointed in a classic twentieth century style with lots of Venetian accents for a true Venetian atmosphere. Some rooms offer terraces overlooking the bustling activity of Venice's famous gondoliers along San Moisè canal.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites offers latest comfort like individually controlled air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, radio, alarm clock, working desk, international direct dial telephone, internet access, minibar, safe, and Italian marble bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and telephone in bathroom.

The Superior Rooms have a size of 20 to 25 squaremetres (215 to 269 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are individually decoarted in a combination of contemporary or classic Venetian style and they offer view of the inner courtyard, Campo San Moise or the small side canal Rio San Moise. The Italian Marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower.

The Deluxe Rooms have a size between 25 and 32 squaremetres (269 to 345 square feet) and they are equipped either with on king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are individually decoarted in a combination of contemporary or classic Venetian style and they offer views of Campo San Moise or the small side canal Rio San Moise. The Italian Marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower. Some bathrooms offer a separate shower and/or a whirlpool bathtub.

The Junior Suites have a size of 35 squaremetres (377 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. The junior suites have view of Campo San Moisè and they are individually decorated in a combination of a contemporary or classic Venetian design. These rooms offer a large sitting area with comfortable armchairs. The Italian marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and some bathrooms offer whirlpool bathtubs.

The Superior Suites have a size of 50 squaremetres (538 square feet) and they are located in the renovated modern wing of the Hotel Bauer with view of a small private courtyard, the Campo San Moise or the small side canal Rio San Moisè. These suites are individually decorated in a combination of a contemporary or classic Venetian design with elegant fabrics, designed by Rubelli, original paintings and Murano glass chandeliers and they consist of a bedroom either with one king size bed or two twin size beds, a walk-in closet, and a living room with electric fireplace. The Italian marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and some bathrooms offer a separate shower and/or a whirlpool bathtub.

The Superior Suites with two Bedrooms have a size of 75 squaremetres (808 square feet) and they are located in the renovated modern wing of the Hotel Bauer with view of a small private courtyard, the Campo San Moise or the small side canal Rio San Moisè. These suites are individually decorated in a combination of a contemporary or classic Venetian design with elegant fabrics, designed by Rubelli, original paintings and Murano glass chandeliers and they consist of two bedrooms either with king size beds or twin size beds, a walk-in closet, and a living room with electric fireplace. The two Italian marble bathroom are equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and some bathrooms offer a separate shower and/or a whirlpool bathtub.

The annex Bauer Casa Nova adjoining the Bauer Hotel offers ten guestrooms and nine luxurious suite apartments.

The Casa Nova Double Rooms have a size of 22 to 36 squaremetres (237 to 388 square feet) and they are equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated in a typical Venetian design. The bathrooms of these rooms are equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and some some bathroom have bathtub and separate shower.

The Casa Nova Suites have a size of 32 to 34 suqaremetres (345 to 366 square feet) and they are decorated in a typical Venetian style. These suites consist of a bedroom with one king size bed and a living room with a small sitting area and a sofa bed as well as a small kitchenette.
Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child.
The Casa Nova Superior Suites have a size of 39 to 50 squaremetres (420 to 539 square feet) and they are decorated in a typical Venetian style. These suites consist of a bedroom with one king size bed and a living room with a small sitting area and a sofa bed as well as a small kitchenette. The bathrooms of these suites are equipped with bathtub and separate shower and some bathrooms have daylight.
Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children.
The Casa Nova Penthouse Suite has a size of 55 squaremetres (592 square feet) and is decorated in a typical Venetian design. This unique suite consists of two bedrooms on two internal floors, a living room with sitting area with sofa bed and a small kitchenette as well as two bathrooms, one with natural daylight and separate bathtub and shower and the other with shower. A special highlights is the private and typical Venetian wooden rooftop terrace, called "Altana".
