The Brunello Lounge & Restaurant is a bar, a lounge and a restaurant and offers delicious cocktails, aperitifs, mouth-watering snacks and canapés as well as culinary delicacies with Italian and Tuscan specialities in a unique and contemporary ambience. The menu changes on a monthly basis and with the seasons and combines Italian and international cuisine. The afternoon tea is served with delicious cakes and sweets.
A rich and varied buffet breakfast is served in Sala Parlamento, a beautifully hall with wunderful ceiling completely covered with frescoes. Once this hall was the meeting room of the members of parliament and senators at the time when Florence was the capital of the Kingdom of Italy.
