The Boscolo Exedra Hotel in Rome offers 221 guestrooms, twelve Junior suites, three Executive suites and two Presidential suite. The Superior Rooms have a size of 28 to 35 squaremetres (302 to 377 square feet) and they are equipped either with one queen size bed, one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated in a classical style with elegant furnishings and they offer views of the Piazza della Repubblica with the Basilica Santa Maria degli Angeli or the Monti Rione. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and/or shower.

The Deluxe Rooms have a size 40 squaremetres ( 431 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These spacious rooms are decorated in a classical style with elegant furnishings and they offer views of the Piazza della Repubblica with the Basilica Santa Maria degli Angeli or the Monti Rione. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and/or shower.

The Junior Suites have a size of 75 squaremetres (808 square feet) and they are furnished in an elegant style. These two level suites offer a living area on the lower level and a sleeping area with a double bed in the upper level. All Junior suite have view of the Piazza della Repubblica and the Terme di Diocleziano. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, shower and bathrobe.

The three Executive Suites have a size of 120 squaremetres (1,292 square feet) and they are located on the right wing of the building on the second, third and fourth floor and they offer stunning views of the Piazza della Repubblica with its famous Naiads Fountain, Michelangel's Santa Maria degli Angeli Basilica and the ruins of the ancient Roman Diocleziano Baths. Each suite is decorated in an individually and elegant style with precious marble floors and they consist of a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a business area, a private bar with a selection of drinks and wines that may be ordered in advance by the guest, and a balcony. The bathrooms of the suites are decoratd with mosaic wall covering and they are equipped with whirlpool bathtub, sauna, hammam and a changing room. One of the suites offer a unique bathroom with a fountain with running water.

The two Grand Presidential Suites have a size of 136 squaremetres (1,465 square feet) and they are luxuriously decorated with precious lamps and pieces of art. The luxurious suites consist of a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a business area, a private bar with a selection of drinks and wines that may be ordered in advance by the guest, and a balcony. The bathrooms of these suites equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, sauna, hammam and a changing room.
