The Hotel Caruso has a range of dining facilities to suit every occasion with traditional Neapolitan and regional Italian dishes. Guests can choose between two restaurants, both affording peerless vistas of the Amalfi Coast, the Belvedere Restaurant on the terrace is perfect for sunny days and warm evenings, and the Caruso Restaurant boasts both a beautiful outdoor terrace and an elegant indoor dining room.
- The Caruso Restaurant serves a superb selection of fresh, local Mediterranean food with Buffalo Carpaccio with sweet and sour marinated vegetables, risotto with Savoy cabbage and crisp cuttlefish, and Amalfitan fish with lemon leaf, chicory hearts and walnuts. For dessert, a traditional sponge cake is flavoured with Amalfi lemons and caramelised raspberries. The Caruso Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the hotel with a spectacular terrace from where you can admire the breathtaking views over the sea and coast. This restaurant is open for brealfast, lunch and dinner.
- The Belvedere Restaurant is an open air restaurant with stunning panorama view over the sea, located on the Belvedere area surrounded by ancient roses between the main building and the pool. The Belvedere Restaurant offers traditional Neapolitan and regional Italian cuisine as well as vegetarian dishes. This restaurant is open in the summer month open and it can also be used for open-air events, such as weddings, private dining parties or cocktails, with capacity for up to 200 people.
- The informal Poolside Bar & Restaurant, located by the Infinity Pool, serves alfresco, buffet-style lunches and snacks, including an array of tempting southern Italian specialities, traditional Neapolitan wood-oven baked pizzas and a wide selection of beverages.
- The Cocktail and Piano Bar is situated on the first floor of the main building between Caruso Restaurant and the panoramic Arcade and is accessible via the main staircase. The bar is uniquely decorated with magnificent frescoes from the 18th century. Aperitifs are served in the main bar or in the Arcade, where you can savour gorgeous views of the coast. The pianist plays for guests in the living area every evening from 7pm until late.
- Perfect for those who prefer to relax by the pool at lunchtime, the Poolside Bar serves a selection of light lunches, a salad bar and some of the finest traditional Neapolitan wood-oven-baked pizzas in the region as well as refreshing beverages.
