- The Fortuny Restaurant is decorated with allusive arches, mesmerising domes, precious fabricem blown glass and amber-coloured mirrors as well as magnificent views of the lagoon of Venice with its islands is the perfect setting for a romantic and intimate candlelight dinner. The meals are fresh and perfectly prepared with local ingredients, pasta specialities, pastries and the breakfast croissants are made in the hotel daily. The terrace is located in a lush flowered garden with a magnificent antique Water fountain bordering the lagoon.
The Fortuny Restaurant, with the 2 terraces by the lagoon, the Fortuny Rerrace and the Antique Terrace, can be reserved for private parties and special events.
Please note that a reasonable standard of dress code is observed in the evening, and gentlemen are expected to wear a jacket and tie. Children under 8 years of age and dogs are not welcome to the Fortuny Restaurant. - The Fortuny Terrace is surrounded by lush flowered garden with a beautiful antique water fountain bordering the Venetian lagoon with ist islands. The gentle sounds of the bar piano float on the warm evening air across the Terrace garden, making dinner a truly romantic moment to treasure. The Fortuny Terrace is open for dinner, with seating inside in case of poor weather.

It also serves afternoon tea, ice cream and pastries. The highlight of the restaurant is the floating terrace. This restaurant is decorated with original paintings, prints and watercolours.
The Cip's Club offer a private landingstage for private yachts up to 30 metres in length. - The Gabbiano Poolside Restaurant offers the delicious Cipriani Hors d'oeuvres from the buffet. This restaurant is located against the magnificent backdrop of the San Giorgio Basilica and next to the Olympic-size pool of the Hotel Cipriani. The Restaurant is open for lunch and snacks in good weather from 12:30 - 15:00.
- The Pool Snack Bar serves refreshing drinks, delicious cocktails and light tasty snacks to guests in the pool area with views over the lagoon and San Giorgio Island. The snack bar is only open in Summer and in good weather.
- Il Gabbiano Bar is located near the Fortuny Restaurant in the Hotel building and overlooking the enchanting gardens, music is played from early evening by the resident pianist.
