The Olympic size pool (32 x 19 metres) is the only one in central Venice, and has filtered salt water. In Spring and Autumn it is kept heated to a constant temperature of 26°C to 28°C (78°F). The Health and Beaty Club within the pool area offers hydrosystem, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, "Relax" beds and solar sundeck with UV-A rays and infrared lamps, hairdressing, beautician, manicures etc. The harbour has docking facilities for yachts and boat up to 70 feet (draught 10 feet). The red clay tennis court, the only one in central Venice, is situated in the beautiful Venetian garden of the hotel, on the edge of the lagoon.
