- The famous Excelsior gourmet restaurant is one of the most outstanding features of Hotel de l'Europe, located on Amstel River overlooking the Mint Tower. - Brasserie Le Relais is an intimate restaurant with very distinctive and informal ambience. Brasserie Le Relais offers an excellent selection of fine wines and dishes from salads and sandwiches to main courses and desserts.
- In Freddy's Bar guests can choose from a wide range of pre and after dinner liqueurs and cocktails. It is a welcoming meeting place for conversation, light snacks and all kinds of drinks.
- The Hotel Lounge is open day and night and serves cool drinks and delicious snacks as well as the tradidional Englich afternoon tea. From the Lounge guests have a stunning view over the Amstel River.
