The Hôtel de la Cite offers 40 guestrooms and 21 junior suites, suites and the new Villa. All rooms are individually decorated and offer a unique character, most with views of the beautiful gardens and the ramparts of the Citadel of the medieval village of Carcassonne and several offer terraces or balconies.All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, video recorder, writing desk, direct dial telephone, data port, minibar and bathroom with bathtub and/or shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries.
- The Superior Rooms have a size of 15 to 22 squaremetres (161 to 237 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms are decorated in a classical style with two comfortable armchairs and they offer views either of the inner courtyard of the hotel or the medieval street and the buildings of the Citadel. The bathroom is equipped either with a bathub or a shower.
- The Deluxe Classic Rooms have a size of 25 to 30 squaremetres ( 269 to 323 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms are decorated in a classical style or Provencal decor with two comfortable armchairs and they offer views the medieval street and the interior Citadel. The bathroom is decorated with marble or a combination of tile and marble and offer a bathtub with hand-held shower.
- The Deluxe Garden Rooms have a size 25 to 30 squaremetres (269 to 323 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms are decorated in an elegant classical style and they offer views of the beautiful gardens of the hotel or the historic ramparts. The bathroom is decorated with marble or a combination of tile and marble and offer a bathtub with hand-held shower.

These Junior suites are elegantly decorated in a classical or Provencal style and they offer a sitting area with sofa, coffee table and writing desk and views of the buildings of the Citadel and the medieval street. - The Terrace Junior Suites have a size of 40 squaremetres (431 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. These Junior suites are decorated in a neo gothic style and they offer a sitting area with sofa and hardwood flooring and a terrace with view of the beautiful landscaped gardens of the hotel and the historic citywall. - The Medieval Junior Suites have a size of 45 squaremetres (484 square feet) and they are equipped with one king-size bed. These Junior Suites are elegantly decorated in a unique style with hardwood flooring and wood panelling and they offer a sitting area with couch and coffee table. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.
- The Classic One-Bedroom Suite have a size of 45 squaremetres (484 square feet) and they are elegantly decorated in a classic or Provencal style. These suites consist of a separate bedroom, equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds, and a living room with couch and coffee table. The bathroom offer a bathtub, separate shower and two sinks.
- The Terrace One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 55 to 60 squaremetres (592 to 646 square feet) and they are elegantly decorated in a neo gothic style. These suites consist of a separate bedroom, equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds, a living room and a terrace with chairs and table and view of the beautiful landscaped gardens of the hotel. The spacious marble bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower and two sinks. Two of the Terrace suites offer a kitchenette.
- The Castle One-Bedroom Suite have a size of 55 to 60 squaremetres (592 to 646 square feet). These unique suites are decorated in a neo gothic style and they consist of a separate bedroom, equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds, a living room with dining table and a large terrace with a size of 93 squaremetres (1,000 square feet). The spacious marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate shower and double washbasin.
- The Villa is the newest addition of the Hotel de la Cite and is a self-contained unit. The Villa is ideally for small groups or family holiday and comprise of a Suite with patio, a Junior suite and a Deluxe room. Each of the rooms is tastefully decorated and offer modern comfort and elegance. The Villa may also be rented on an individual room basis.
