Nautique offers international dishes prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients in a Mediterranean style with unique views over the Nieuwe Waterweg with passing ships and the harbour of Rotterdam. The "Nautique" comprise the "Brasserie" und the "Grand Café", both with stunning views over the water.
- The Brasserie with a beautiful terrace is decorated in an elegant and contemporary design. The Brasserie is the perfect place for a business lunch or a romantic dinner with breathtaking views over the harbour of Rotterdam and the Nieuwe Waterwag with its busy shipping lanes in a informal ambience and the fire place creates a cosy atmosphere.
- The Grand Café is a popular meeting place for young and old and decorated in a contemporary style. The open kitchen is situated on one side and on the other side the Nieuwe Waterweg and the harbour of Rotterdam. The Grand Café offers a light lunch, an informal dinner, fresh pastries, a wide range of appetizer, a glass of cool beer, glass of wine or a cup of coffee, during the summer month also on the terrace.
- The first water-cooled Wine Cellar in the Netherlands is an unique place. The wine cellar is located under the water level of the River Maas and cooled by the surrounding water and it is the ideal place for a wine tasting with finest wines from around the world.

- De Vier Windstreken comprise of four rooms, called Noord (North, Oost (East), Zuid (South) and West, all with fantastic views over the harbour of Rotterdam and the Nieuwe Waterweg. De Vier Windstreken is perfect for groups in a private atmosphere.
