The Eden Hotel > Guestrooms & Suites

Hotel Eden offers 121 guestrooms inclusive of 13 suites on six floors. All rooms and suites are individually and elegantly decorated with antique-style Italian furniture, luxurious fabrics, beautiful carpets, classic paintings and prints.
All guestrooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable/satellite TV, radio, alarm clock, CD player, working desk with lamp, international direct dial telephone, voicemail, high speed internet access, dataport, iron with ironing board minibar, safe, free newspaper, and marble bathromm with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and luxurios bathroom amenities.

The Superior Single Rooms have a size of 15 squaremetres (161 square feet) and they are equipped with one French bed. These rooms are elegantly decorated in soft shades and offer a working desk with lamp. The marble bathroom offer a shower over the bathtub.

The Deluxe Single Rooms have a size of 20 squaremetres (215 square feet) and they are equipped with one queen size bed. These rooms are comfortable and elegantly decorated in a classic in soft colours with carefully chosen furniture and fabrics and they offer a working desk with lamp. The marble bathroom offer a shower over the bathtub.

The Superior Rooms have a size of 28 to 30 squaremetres (301 to 323 square feet) and they are equipped with either one queen-size bed or two twin-size beds. These spacious rooms are elagantly decorated in warm and light colour shades with carefully chosen furniture and fabrics and they offer comfortable armchairs and a working desk with lamp. The marble bathroom boasts a shower over the bathtub.

The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 32 to 35 squaremetres (345 to 377 square feet) and they are equipped with either one queen-size bed or two twin-size beds. These spacious and charming rooms are elegantly and comfortably decorated in soft colour shades with fine art and wooden antique furniture, comfortable armchairs and a working desk with lamp. Some of these rooms have balconies and walk-in wardrobes. The marble bathrooms of these rooms offer a shower over the bathtub.

The spacious Studio Suites have a size of 40 to 45 squaremetres (431 to 485 square feet) and they are elegantly and comfortably decorated in light colour shades. These suites consist of an small entrance foyer, a sleeping area, equipped with either one queen size bed or two twin size beds, a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and working desk with lamp. Some of the Studio Suites, located on the first floor - Ambassador Floor, are richly decorated with stunning freskoes in the sleeping area and bathroom. The marble bathrooms of the Studio Suites offer a shower over the bathtub and some bathrooms are equipped with separate shower.

The Suites have a size of 60 squaremetres (646 square feet) and they consist of an entrance foyer, a bedroom, equipped with on king size bed or two twin size bed and some suite offer a four-poster bed, a separate living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and DVD and stereo player. The Suites are luxuriously furnished and lavishly decorated in soft colour shades. One suite is available in all different floors, also in the Ambassador Floor that features freskoes in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The marble bathrooms of the Suites offer a shower over the bathtub and some bathrooms are equipped with separate shower.

The charming and elegant Presidental Suite has a size of 80 squaremetres (862 square feet) and is located on the second floor of Hotel Eden. This suite is luxuriously decorated in a classic style with fine fabrics and each detail has been carefully selected. The Presidential Suite consists of an entrance foyer, a bedroom with one king size bed and large walk-in closet, a separte living room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table, a working area and guest toilet. The private terrace has a size of 50 squaremetres (539 square feet) and is furnished with table, chairs and sun beds. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

The Presidential Suite can be connected with a Superior room and/or a Deluxe room. If reserved all the three rooms, they can be connected through a main door within the floor corridor.
The Royal Suite is located on a corner of the fifth floor of the hotel overlooking the city and has a size of 90 squaremetres (969 square feet). This luxurious suite is elegantly decorated with precious fabrics in bright colours and consists of an entrance area, a bedroom with one king size bed, a separate living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and DVD and stereo player, and a dining room for six guests as well as a luxurious marble bathroom and a separate guest toilet. This suite offers balconies at each window.

The Royal Suite can be connected with a Deluxe room.
The unique Penthouse Suite is located on the sixth floor with breathtaking panoramic view over Rome and has a size of 130 squaremetres (1,400 square feet). This lovely suite is decorated in an elegant contemporary style with touches of the 30 and 40 years of the last century with silver details and white panels. The Penthouse Suite consists of a large living with dining area for six people, a study area, a separate bedroom, equipped with one king-size bed and two fully equiupped marble bathrooms, one offers a whirlpool tub and separate shower.
The Penthouse is equipped with its own private elevator moving directly from hotel lobby to the Suite.
