The new meeting rooms of the Empire Palace are inaugurated in 2007 and they are located on the sixth and top floor of the hotel. All rooms offer natural daylight with breathtaking views over the roofs of the "Eternal City" and they are equipped with latest technology. The five meeting and banquet rooms for up to 200 people are the perfect venue for business and social events like seminars, conferences, cocktail receptions, working buffet lunches and festive banquets. All rooms are named after the various Doges of Venice.
- The Sala dei Dogi has a size of 224 squaremetres (2,412 square feet) and can accommodate up to 200 people for events such as banquets, cocktail receptions and working buffet lunches.
- The Sala Foscari has size of 51 squaremetres (549 square feet) and can accommodate 50 people with theatre seating, 20 with horseshoe seating and 30 with classroom seating.
- The Sala Morosini has a size of 74 squaremetres (797 square feet) and can accommodate 75 people with theatre seating, 28 with horseshoe seating and 44 with classroom seating.
- The Sala Dona has a size of 68 squaremetres (732 square feet) and can accommodate 60 people with theatre seating, 22 with horseshoe seating and 30 with classroom seating.
- The Sala Mocenigo has a size of 126 squaremetres (1,357 square feet) and can accommodate 140 people with theatre seating, 50 with horseshoe seating and 80 with classroom seating.
