- The Gourmet Restaurant JAAN is located on the upper lobby level of the hotel and is decorated in a contemporary and elegant style with large windows and spectacular panoramic views of the new gardens of the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, the Lake Geneva and the majestic French Alps. This restaurant offers modern French cuisine with Asian influences, prepared with finest seasonal ingredients from the lake, rivers and land of the region as well as a wide range of excellent wines.
- La Brasserie du Palace is located on the street level and decorated in the style of the Belle Epoque. The Brasserie serves a typical cuisine of a Parisian brasserie. The bar offers a wide range of different coffees during the day and in the evening the bar converts into a wine bar and guests can enjoy the wine specialities of the region.
- The restaurant La Palmeraie is located on the lobby level and offers a light and airy ambience. Guests can enjoy the rich breakfast buffet with views on the surrounded beautiful landscape.
- La Terrasse du Petit Palace is located next to the Spa and it is an oasis of peace with breathtaking views ofer the lake and the Alps. This restaurant is open between May and Septembre and offers lunch and dinner with grilled meat and fish specialities, fresh salads, ice cream and refreshing drinks.
- Harry's New York Bar is a popular meeting point for local and international guests and offers a large selection of innovative and delicate cocktails, international dishes from around the world, Thai-style chicken soup, home-made tapas, pasta specialities and grilled US rib-eye steaks. The terrace of Harry's New York Bar is located in the gardens of the palace with view of the lake and the Alps and guests can enjoy cocktails and light snacks.
- The Piano Bar La Rose d'Or is situated adjacent to the Restaurant JAAN and is the perfect place for a cocktail or aperitif in a relaxing atmosphere with live piano music in the evening.
