The Four Seasons Hotel Florence offers 117 guestrooms, juinior suites and suites, located either in the Palazzo della Gherardesca, a palace from the 15th century, or in Conventino, a former convent from the 17th century. No two rooms are alike, all are lovingly restored with artistic and historic details reflecting the architectural grandeur with Renaissance works of art like original frescoes, paintings and friezes.
All rooms are appointed in two colour shades - green and yellow - and they offer all modern comfort like air conditioning, Satellite TV, clock radio, CD and DVD player, comfortable armchairs, writing desk, international direct dial telephone with voicemail, high speed wireless and wired Internet access, minibar and safe large enough for a laptop as well as a large marble bathroom with hairdryer, slippers, large vanity, bathtub, separate shower, bidet and toilet.

• The Superior Rooms have a size of 35 to 45 squaremetres (377 to 485 square feet) and they are equipped with one king size bed. These rooms are decorated with elegant furnishings in olive green or yellow colour shades and they offer a small sitting area. The Superior rooms are located throughout the hotel and offer views of the inner courtyard of the Palazzo, Borgo Pinti or Gino Capponi streets. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.
  One crib is available. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and one child.
• The stylishly and comfortably appointed Deluxe Rooms have a size of 35 to 59 squaremetres ( 377 to 635 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated with elegant furnishings in yellow and olive green colour shades and each of these unique rooms has a sitting area. The Deluxe rooms are situated in the Palazzo della Gherardesca or in the Conventino building with views of the neighbouring streets or the surrounding palaces and gardens. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.
  One extra bed or one crib is available. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
• The unique and bright Deluxe Premier Rooms have a size of 35 to 51 squaremetres (377 to 549 square feet) and they are equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated with elegant furnishings in yellow and olive green colour shades and each of these stylish rooms offer a fully equipped sitting and working area. The Deluxe premier rooms are located throughout the hotel with views of the large gardens of the hotel or the neighbouring residences and gardens and they combine the elegance of a Renaissance palace with state-of-the-art comfort. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.

• The bright and stylish Four Seasons Rooms have a size of 35 to 67 squaremetres (377 to 722 square feet) and they are either equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated with elegant furnishings in yellow and olive green colour shades and each of these stylish rooms offer a comfortable living area with refined furnishings. The Four Seasons rooms are located in Palazzo della Gherardesca or the Conventino building with beautiful views over the large park of the hotel or the neighbourhood gardens. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.

• The spacious and individually appointed Four Seasons Junior Suites have a size of 50 to 70 squaremetres (538 to 754 square feet) and they are either equipped with one king size bed or two twin size beds. The Junior suites are decorated with elegant furnishings in yellow and olive green colour shades and each stylish junior suite offer a spacious sitting and working area and each offer a special feature like unique view, a balcony or high ceilings. These suites are located throughout the hotel with views over the large park of the hotel or the neighbouring gardens. • The exclusive Four Seasons Executive Suites have a size of 61 to 71 squaremetres (657 to 765 square feet). These unique and spacious suites consist of a bedroom, equipped with one king size bed, and a separate living room furnished with a large desk and sitting area with armchairs and sofa. These suites are decorated with elegant furnishings and yellow and olive green colour shades and they are located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca or the building of the Conventino with beautiful views over the large park of the hotel, the Gino Capponi Street or the Florentine landscape. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.

• The Parlour Suites are slightly larger than the Junior suites and they have a size of 50 to 77 squaremetres (538 to 829 square feet). These suites consist of a sleeping area with one king size bed, a comfortable sitting area and a separate wardrobe and they are decorated with elegant furnishings in yellow and olive green colour shades. They are located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca or the Conventini building with beautiful views over the large park of the hotel. The opulent large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.

• The six Gallery Suites have a size between 58 and 105 squaremetres (625 to 1,131 square feet.
  Five of these suites are located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca, with view of the Borgo Pinti or the Giardino del Borgo, or the building of the Conventino with views over the park of the hotel and they are individually decorated with the original architecture like panelled and vaulted ceilings and fresoes in the bedroom.
  The sixth suite is located on the third floor of the palace offer a more modern feel and guests can enjoy stunning view of the Giardino del Borgo from the bedroom. Each of these suites are individually decorated and they consist of a bedroom, equipped with one king size bed and a spacious living room.

• The characteristic Renaissance Suites have a size between 76 to 97 squaremetres (819 to 1,045 square feet) and they are located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca.
  Three of these exquisite suites with views of the Giardino del Borgo or the park are situated on the first floor and they are elegantly decorated with panelled ceilings and authentic frescoes in both bedroom and bathroom.
  The fourth of these suites is a two-level suite on the main floor with living room, bedroom and bathroom on the lower level and a loft with fantastic views of the rooftops of Florence, the Duomo and the beautiful park.
  Each of these unique suites consist of a bedroom with king size bed and a large sitting area as well as a separate living room with sofa. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet.

• The Noble Suite has a size of 90 squaremetres (969 square feet) and is located on the first floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesca with stunning view of the Giardino del Borgo. These uniquely appointed suite offers vaulted ceilings with frescoe in the bedroom with one king size bed and gold-decorated and panelled ceilings in the separate livingroom and give this elegant suite an authentic Renaissance ambience. The large opulent marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet. Near the entrance to this suite is a separate powder room.

• The La Villa Garden Suite has a size of 83 squaremetres (894 square feet) and is located in an alone standing building surrounded by trees in the heart of the beautiful landscaped garden. This building was the former limonaia (greenhouse) and guests can enjoy the view of the private garden through floor-to-ceiling windows. The Garden Villa is decorated in a modern and sophisticated style and is equipped with one king size bed. The large opulent marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet. A guest powder room is situated near the entrance.

• The elegantly and stylishly decorated Presidential Suite De Medici has a size of 205 squaremetres (2,208 square feet) and is located on the third floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesco. Through large windows guests can enjoy stunning views of the park of the hotel and the Giardino del Borgo. The bedroom is equipped with one king size bed. The living room, with large French doors to a private balcony, is equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment technology and a grand piano in the main gallery. A large dining room with windows on 3 sides can accommodate eight people and is the perfect place for small informal meetings. • The unique and elegantly decorated Royal Suite Della Gherardesca has a size of 234 squaremetres (2,520 square feet) and is located on the main floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesca. This splendid residence reflects the grandeur past of a noble Florentine family and combines tradition with modern comfort. Every room of this suite vaulted ceilings, original frescoes and stuccos and an original ceramic floor in the authetic style of Maioliche by Ignazio Chiaiese in the gallery. The De Medici Suite consists of a bedroom with one king size bed, a separate living room and a gallery with a grand piano and large French windows with views the park of the palazzo and Borgo Pinti. The dining room can accommodate eight people. The spacious marble bathroom equipped with bathtub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity, bidet and toilet. A guest powder room is located next to the gallery.
