Restaurant with aspledid view of the sea offers an excellent candlelight service. A "grand buffet" with a wide choice of hors d'oeuvres and dessert and a menu rich in dishes of Italian national and regional cuisines are the base of the renowned hotel "service". The wine lists are the most precious among the national and international ones. The "Barbeque" open service is in a wide terrace with a display of "fresh meals" of the day: fish, crustaceans, meat, poultry, prepared in the traditional of the most tasty regional coal recipes of the guest's choice. When the weather is fine, breakfast is served in the wide terrace by the sea, at the warm sun of sunrise, with a "grand buffet" and a wide choise of morning-fresh patisserie, prepared by the hotel's "Chef Patissier".
