Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace offers 90 guestrooms and suites located in the ancient palace or in the eighteen-century Villa Emilia, next to the central building. All accommodations are individually decorated in an elegant style in pastel yellow, light blue and green colour shades and they are furnished with precious antique furniture, rich fabrics and original paintings, watercolours and prints. All rooms offers beautiful views on Lake Como with Bellagio and the whole "Riviera delle Azalee" or on the hotel park with subtrobical vegetation.
All guestrooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, internet connection, minibar, safe and private marble bathroom with bathtub and/or shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and toiletries.

The Classic Rooms have a size of 27 squaremetres (291 square feet) and they are equipped with either one double bed or two twin size beds. These spacious and comfortably appointed rooms are located very quietly and peacefully and they offer views of the hotel's century-old park and flowered gardens, the swimmimg pool "Piscina dei Fiori" and the surrounded mountains. These rooms are decorated with period furnishings in pastel colours, such as light blue, warm pink or gold. Each room has its own specual beauty and a detail making it unique. Some rooms have a wide bow window, other a terrace, while those on the ground floor offer a small outdoor area with large windows opening onto a private lawn. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower.

The Classic Plus Rooms have a size of 35 squaremetres (377 square feet) and they are equipped with either one double bed or two twin size beds. These spacious and comfortably appointed rooms are located very quietly and peacefully and they offer views of the hotel's century-old park and flowered gardens, the swimmimg pool "Oiscina dei Fiorei and the surrounded mountains. These rooms are decorated with period furnishings in pastel colours, such as light blue, warm pink or gold. Each room has its own special beauty and a detail making it unique. Some rooms have a wide bow window, other a terrace, while those on the ground floor offer a small outdoor area with large windows opening onto a private lawn. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower.

The Superior Rooms are equipped with either one double bed or two twin size beds and they have a size of 30 squaremetres (323 square feet). These rooms offer a balcony and imcomparable views of Lake Como, from Punta Balbianello to Bellagio. The Superior rooms are decorated with period furnishings in pastel colour shades, such as light blue, warm pink or gold and each room has its own particular beauty and a detail making it unique. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower.

The eight Deluxe Rooms occupy the corners of the palace and they offer stunning views of Lake Como because they have windows on two sides, with 180-degree view of the Azalea Riviera and Bellagio. These rooms have a size of 40 squaremetres (431 square feet) and they are recently renovated with great care in all details. All are decorated with period furnishings and pastel colour shades, such as light blue, warm pink or gold and they offer a balcony. The bathroom are fitted with green San Nicolaus marble with red Alicante or ochre Spring Yellow marble trim and they are equipped with a hydromassage bathtub and shower.

The two Family Suites are situated on the upper floor of Villa Emilia, an 18th century residence once owned by Emilia Sommariva, the former owner of Villa Carlotta, adjacent and directly connected to the hotel through a small steel bridge. These suites, with a size of 70 squaremetres (754 square feet), offer a independent entrance and they consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub and shower.
The Clssic Family Suite is located at the rear of the villa in a very secluded spot and is decorated in green and gold colour shaeds.
The Emilia Family Suite is decorated with vintage furniture and marble fireplace in red and gold colour shades and offer beautiful view of Lake Como. The master bedroom was the bedroom of the Contessa Emilia, from which the suite takes its name. One bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

The Suite Carlotta has a size of 50 squaremetres (539 square feet) and is located on the second floor of the palace. This suite is decorated with extreme elegance with precious antique furniture and parquet floor. An elegant entrance foyer leads to the living room and bedroom. This luxurious suite offers two balconies with breathtaking views of Lake Como, Bellagio and the surrounding Alps. The luxurious Italian marble bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub, rain shower and two washbasins.

The Suite Carlotta Suite can be connected with an adjacent Superior Room to a two-bedroom suite.

The Suite Greta is named after Greta Garbo, one of the first Hollywood stars to visit and become enamoured of Lake Como and Tremezzo, and this suite situated in centre of the palace on the first floor with stunning view of Lake Como. The Suite Greta is decorated with extreme elegance with precious antique furniture and parquet floor. An elegant entrance foyer leads to the living room and bedroom. This luxurious suite offers a private terrace with a size of 15 squaremetres (162 square feet) with stunning views of Lake Como and Bellagio. Equipped with table and chairs, the beautiful terrace is also available for private breakfast and dining, as well as private solarium for sun bathing. The luxurious marble bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub, rain shower and two washbasins.
