The 46 guestrooms inclusive of two suites at the Hotel Art by Piazza de Spagna are located on four floors, decorated in the colour shades blue, green, orange or yellow. All rooms are furnished in a modern style with wood, hand-striched patchwork of Florentine leather headboard and parquet floors. The bathrooms are decorated with metal, glass and mosaic tiles that pick up the colour of the corridor.
All guestroom and the two suites offer latest comfort such as air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, desk, direct dial telephone, high speed internet access, minibar, safe and bathrooms with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, and bathroom amenities.

• The Standard Single Rooms have a size of 12 squaremetres (129 square feet) and they are equipped with one single bed. These rooms are located on one of the four colour coordinated floors with view of the city and they are decorated with parquet flooring, modern furnishings and hand-stitched Florentine leather headboards.

• The Superior Rooms have a size of 20 squaremetres (215 square feet) and they are equipped either with one double bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are located on one of the four colour coordinated floors with view of the city and they are decorated with parquet flooring, modern furnishings and hand-stitched Florentine leather headboards.
  Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
• The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 25 squaremetres (269 square feet) and they are equipped either with one double bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are located on one of the four colour coordinated floors with view of the city and they are decorated with parquet flooring, modern furnishings and hand-stitched Florentine leather headboards.
  One rollaway is available. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
• The two luxurious Suites have a size of 55 squaremetres (592 square feet) and they are equipped with a large double bed or two twin size beds. These spacious suites offer view of the city and they are decorated with parquet flooring, modern furnishings and hand-stitched Florentine leather headboards.
