The 27 spacious Standard Rooms are equoipped either with one double bed or two twin size beds. These rooms offer city view and some of these rooms are located on the top floor with nice view of the Cathedral. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and marble washbasin.

The three Junior Suites are located on the top floor of the Hotel Barchetta Excelsior and they offer stunning view of Lake Como. The junior suites consist of a spacious bedroom and a living area with balcony. The bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub, shower and marble washbasin.

The Suite is located on the top floor of the Hotel Barchetta and they offer breathtaking view of Lake Como. The suite consist of a spacious bedroom and a living rooms with sofabed, a balcony as well as two bathrooms and is ideal for families.
