The Hotel Helvetia & Bristol offers 52 guestrooms and 15 suites on five floors. Each room is a private luxurious residence with its own history and individually decorated with antique furnishings, rich silk and brocades fabrics, antique paintings and works of art, Chinese and bronze porcelain lamps and slpendid inlaid tables.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with latest comfort such as air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, working desk, direct dial telephone, wireless internet connection, minibar, safe and marble bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.

• The Superior Single Rooms have a size of 15 squaremetres (162 square feet) and they are equipped with one single bed. These rooms are elegantly decorated with antique furniture.
  Maximum occupancy 1 adult.
• The Classic Rooms have a size of 25 squaremetres (269 square feet) and the are equipped either with one queen size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated in the style of the late nineteenth century with period furniture, carpets and paintings and they offer views of the main entrance or the courtyard. The Carrara marble bathrooms of these rooms are equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and heated towels rack.
  Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
• The Superior Room have a size of 28 squaremetres (302 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated in the style of the late nineteenth century with period furniture, carpets and paintings and they offer views of the main entrance or the courtyard. The Carrara marble bathrooms of these rooms are equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and heated towels rack.

• The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 32 squaremetres (345 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. • The two Panoramic Suites have a size of 56 squaremetres (603 square feet) and the fifth floor of the Hotel Helvetia & Bristol is composed of these two suites only. These recently restored suites are designed with hand-decorated walls, authentic Florentine ceilings with exposed beams, luxurious furniture, precious carpets and original paintings. These suites consist of a bedroom, equiupped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds, and a separate living rooms and they offer breathtaking views over the roofs of Florence with the most historical buildings like the Duomo and Palazzo Stozzi and the Tuscun hills. One of these suites is situated on two levels with the bedroom and the two bathrooms, one with whirlpool bathub, on the lower level and the living area on the upper floor. The two suites are separated only by a short corridor and they can be connected. The bathrooms are equipped with whirlpool bathtub and heated towel rack and they offer a guest toilett.
