- The restaurant Le Côté Jardin is situated next to the CBE Concept Spa with magnificent panorama view over Lake Geneva and the French Alps. This restaurant offers healthy and innovative Meditarranean-inspired cuisine with specialities from Italy to Morroco and from Spain to Greece as well as seafood spacialities. During spring and summer guests can also dine on the magnificent terrace.

La Table d'Hôtes is a table for six people in the main kitchen and the chefs serve gourmet menus. - The Brasserie du Grand Chêne is decorated in the elegant style of a Parisian brasserie with green green leather seats, copper decorations and a wooden staircase and serves traditional dishes and fine wines from the region.
- The Japanese restaurant Palace Sushi-Zen is decorated in a contemporary style and serves authentic Japanese specialities prepared in an open show kitchen.
- The LP's Bar is a popular meeting point in Lasanne and is decorated in a Colonial style. Guests can enjoy a wide range of delicious cocktails, spirits and refreshing drinks with a discreet background of live piano music.
- The recently designed Krug Room is only the third of this kind in the world after Paris and London and serves champagne and many drinks. The Krug Room consists of a huge library and a beautiful terrace with views over Lake Geneva and the Alps.
- The Habana Bar invites you on a Cuban journey in a comfortable and warm ambience and offers drinks and cigars. Adjacent to this bar is the Game Room located, a non-smokimg area.
- The Wine Cellar is a separate room next to the main wine storage where guests can taste wine and finger food.
- The Red Club is the new meeting point for night owls in Lausanne and guests can enjoy cocktails and drinks in a trendy atmosphere with new wave music. This night club is equipped with large sofas and dance floor.
