- The T'Bar and Lounge is the heart of the Hotel President Wilson and is decorated in an elegant style with precious fabrics and a majestic staircase to create a unique ambience. The T'Bar and Lounge offers cocktails, refreshing drinks, the traditional afternoon tea and a wide range of fine cigars.
