The Hotel Schwarzer Adler features 32 guestrooms, 5 junior suites and 2 suites. No two rooms are alike. Most are dedicated to a particular person or theme: Emperor Maximilian, Empress Maria Theresia, Empress Sissy, Crystal, Versace, etc. But all rooms are equipped with modern comfort like bath/shower and WC, hairdryer, precious toiletries, air conditioning, cable/satellite TV, radio, wake up device, internet access, safe and minibar.
- The Single Rooms are comfortably furnished with sitting corner, overlooking the garden or the street.
- The Double Rooms Standard are decorated with period furniture or in Tyrolean style with sitting corner and partly with writung desk, overlooking a garden or the street.
- The Double Rooms Superior are large rooms quietly located with view of the mountains and are decorated with with period or rustic furniture.
- The Double Rooms Romance are spacious rooms with large bathroom, set in a quiet part of the hotel, most rooms with balcony and magnificent view of the mountains.
- The Triple Rooms are large rooms with a single bed and a double bed, sitting corner and writing desk, overlooking the street, the garden or the mountains.
- The Romantik Deluxe "Emperor Maximilian" Junior Suite, with a size of about 39sqms (420sqft), is located in the attic with comfortable sloping ceilings with anteroom and living room decorated with original antique furniture, wrought-iron king-size bed, open fireplace with sitting unit, bar, wonderful view of the old city and the mountains and a bathroom in old Tyrolean style.
- The Romantik Deluxe "Swarovski Crystal Dream" Junior Suite, with a size of about 39sqms (420sqft), offers a breathtaking view of Innsbruck's old town through the oriel window, a four-poster bed designed by Versace. The unique crystal bath, with whirlpool, separate massage shoer and double sinks, is designed by Swarovski with thousand of glittering crystals, the only one in the world.
- The Romantik Deluxe "Tiroler" Junior Suite, with a size about 34sqms (366sqft), is an oriel room full of harmony decorated contemporary Tyrolean style, romantic bay window with seating, four-poster bed in Earl style, spacious Tyrolean bathroom with granite stone and hand carved larch-wood.
- The Romantik Deluxe "Versace" Junior Suite is a two-storey Business Suite with exclusive Versace furnishings in various designs and stunning views of the Alpine scenery. This junior suite has a size of 35sqms (377sqft) and is equipped with separate living- reception- and working area with ISDN connection, cosy seating corner, mini bar, TV and bathroom in the first floor, bedroom in the second floor with 2nd TV.
- The splendid Suite Versace, with a size of 41sqms (441sqft), is a two-storey deluxe suite with a spiral staircase from the living room with sitting unit and writing desk to the bedroom with magnificent view of Innsbruck's mountains. This suite is stylish furnished, partly designed by Versace in black lacquer and gold decor, the finest black silk bed linen, everything bathed in the warm light of elegant floor candles and red lava stone in the bathroom with whirlpool.
- The marvellous Empress Maria Theresia Suite, with a size of 49sqms (528sqft), is a deluxe suite in elegant Versace decor with spacious living room with CD player, separate bedroom,a fabulous Swarovski cyrstal bathroom with bathtub, shower and double washbasin and separate WC.
