The Splendide Royal Roma offers 52 guestrooms, seven junior suites and ten suites on six floors and all rooms are decorated in a traditional baroque style with stucco works, antique furniture, bedcovers and curtains in bright red, periwinkle blue and golden yellow colour shades and most of the rooms offer spacious marble bathrooms with natural daylight.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, radio, alarm clock, DVD player, working desk with lamp, direct dial telephone, wireless internet access, dataport, minibar, safe, free newspaper, and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, and bathroom amenities.

The Superior Single Rooms have a size of 20 squaremetres (215 square feet) and they are equipped with one queen size bed. These rooms are located from the first to the fifth floor with view of the peaceful internal courtyard and they are decorated in a luxurious baroque style. The Carrara marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub/shower.

The Superior Double Rooms have a size of 25 to 30 squaremetres (269 to 323 square feet) and they are equipped with either one queen size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are located from the first to the fifth floor with view of the peaceful internal courtyard and they are decorated in a luxurious baroque style. The Carrara marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and double sinks.

The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 to 35 squaremetres (323 to 377 square feet) and the are equipped with either one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are luxuriously decorated and they are located from the second to the sixth floor. Many rooms have view of the Gardens of Villa Borghese and the rooms on the higher floors offer stunning views over the city and other Deluxe rooms are larger and look onto the peaceful internal courtyard of the hotel. Some of these rooms offer balconies. The large marble bathrooms offer daylight and some are equipped with bathtub and separate shower.

The Junior Suites have a size of 36 squaremetres (388 square feet) and they are equipped with either one king size bed or two twin size beds. These luxuriously decorated Junior suites are located on the the fourth floor of the hotel with garden view and they offer a sitting area with sofa and armchairs. The spacious marble bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower cabin.

The Superior Junior Suites with Terrace have a size of 36 squaremetres (388 square feet) and they are equipped with either one king size bed or two twin size beds. These luxuriously decorated Junior suites are located on the fourth and the fifth floor with view of the Gardens of the Villa Borghese and the Roman walls and they offer a sitting area and a large terrace. The furnished terraces of these suites have a size from 10 to 20 squaremetres (108 to 215 square feet). One of these Junior suites have a romantic balcony. The marble bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower cabin.

The luxurious and exclusive Villa Borghese Suite has a size of 55 squaremetres (592 square feet) and is situated on the fifth floor of the hotel. This suite is a juwel of the Hotel Splendide Royal and consists of a bedroom with one king size bed and a living room with five French doors to the spacious garden terrace. The terrace, with a size of 65 squaremetres (700 square feet), is furnished with sofa long chairs and dining table and offers fantastic views of the beautiful Gardens of Villa Borghese and the ancient Roman walls. The elegant marble bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

The Presidential Suite has a size of 75 squaremetres (808 square feet) and this unique suite is located on the top floor of the hotel. The Presidential suite is luxuriously decorated and consists of a bedroom with one king size bed, a spacious living room with sitting area and a meeting table for up to 12 people as well as a large terrace with a size of 21 squaremetres (226 square feet) and breathtaking views over the Eternal City. This suite offers two marble bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bathtub.
