Cuisine & Cocktails : The Swissotel Amsterdam offers the Restaurant Dam Plaza. This restaurant is decorated in an modern style. The Dam Plaza is open throughout the day and offers excellent international dishes, soups, sandwiches, fresh salads as well as meat and fish specialities and pastas. Terraces are now open all year round in Amsterdam. In summer guests can enjoy refreshing drinks on the Terrace and in winter you can enjoy all the activities on Square Dam with a hot chocolate.
