The meeting room Villa Borghese has an independent entrance and is decorated in the same elegant style as the hotel itself with comfortable chairs, frescoes with views of Rome and furnishings in delicate colour shades. This room, with a size of 75 squaremetres (808 suare feet), offers natural daylight and is the perfect venue for meetings up to 80 people.
The meeting room Villa Glori has a size of 64 squaremetres (689 square feet) and is perfect for meetings up to 70 people.
The meeting room Villa Ada has a size of 25 squaremetres (269 square feet) and is perfect for smaller meetings up to 25 people.
The meeting room I Duchi has a size of 52 squaremetres (560 square feet) ant is the perfect venue for meetings up to 60 people.
The Polo Lounge can host up to 150 guests for business and social events like seminars, conferences, cocktail receptions and gala dinners.

To complement its own meeting facilities, the Duke Hotel has now formed an alliance with a selection of private Palazzi and Villas within Rome in which to hold exclusive meeting and events.
