The Hotel Bauer "Il Palazzo" offers 44 elegantly appointed guestrooms and 38 luxurious suites and most rooms offers views of the canal, St. Mark's Basin and the city of Venice and they are uniquely decorated with exquisite antique furnishings or reproductions, Murano glass chandeliers by Seguso & Cenedese, Venetian brocades and silks from the well-known fabric houses of Rubelli & Bevilacqua. Many of the guestroom and suites offer a balcony or a terrace.All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with latest comfort and luxury such as individually controlled air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, working desk, direct dial telephone with voicemail, internet access, minibar, safe, and bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower, bathrobe, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.
- The spacious Palatial Room have a size between 25 and 44 squaremetres (291 to 474 squarefeet) and they are equipped either with one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are located in the historical palace with Grand Canal, lagoon or city view. All Presidential Suites offer two Italian marble bathrooms with bathtub and handheld shower and some bathrooms offer a separate shower and/or whirlpool bathtub.
Maximum occupancy 3 adults. - The Royal Suites have a size of 115 squaremetres (1,239 square feet) and they are located on the second floor of the historical palace with stunning view of Canal Grande and the Basin of San Marco from the balcony. These suites offer a lavish splendour in Venetian style with original stucco works and high ceiling, with medallioned walls, mosaic terrazzo floors, Murano glass chandeliers, original antique Venetian furniture and an open fireplace in the living room. The two luxurious bathrooms covered with Italian marble offer Jacuzzi bathtubs, separate showers and large walk-in closets.
