The classic dishes of the traditional cuisine of Hotel Il San Pietro harmonize with an International selection to satisfy a wide range of requirements, in a gentle Mediterranean setting. The view is superb and, in the evening, there is a candlelit romantic atmosphere. From the ceiling there are hanging down tomatoes, this is called ?'a piennolo?. They decorate the hotel's restaurant with their taste and colour. The cuisine continues the rich traditions of this land and you'll find them unchanged in the typical dishes of the local cuisine.
