- The Indigo Restaurant and Bar is the new restaurant and bar of the InterContinental Hotel in Miami and located on the lobby level of the hotel. The Indigo Restaurant offers excellent international cuisine. The aquqmarine-tiled Bar, the white sycamore-panelled Lounge and the galss-encased Wine Room for up to 12 guests are located next to the restaurant.
- The Blue Water Cafe is located on the Plaza level and offers a wide range of freshest grilled seafood, gourmet sandwiches, salads and tropical drinks with stunning views of Biscayne Bay.
- The Miami Deli Centre offers freshly baked muffins, croissants, Danish pastries, flaky butter, chesse, ham, yogurt and fruits as well as coffee, espresso and cappuccino.
