The InterContinental Hotel in Miami offers 640 guestroom inclusive of 33 suites on 34 floors. All guestrooms and suites are elegantly appointed and tastefully decorated and feature spectacular views of Biscayne Bay or the city of Miami.All rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, radio, Working desk, direct dial telephone, voicemail, high-speed internet access, irom with ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. The Club InterContinental? concept combines the exclusivity of a private club with the amenities and services of a superb business hotel. It is often described as a "hotel within a hotel". Guests staying in these executive rooms can enjoy a wide range of business and leisure services, including a private registration area to speed up check-in, the use of a private lounge and meeting room, complimentary breakfast, drinks, evening cocktails and dinner snacks.
- The Standard Rooms are equipped either with one king-size bed or two double beds. These room are located between the 3rd and the 26th floor of the hotel and offer spectacular view of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami or the downtown Miami. The bathroom offer marble vanity, scale, make-up mirror.

- The Deluxe Rooms are equipped either with one king-size bed or two double beds. These beautifully and brightly decorated rooms combine functional with luxurious comfort and offer spectacular view of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami or the downtown Miami. The bathroom offer marble vanity, scale, make-up mirror.
- The Club InterContinental Rooms are equipped either with one king-size bed or two double beds. These rooms are located between the 29th and the 34th floor of the hotel and offer magnificent view of the city skyline, waterfront and Port of Miami or Biscayne Bay. The Club InterContinental Rooms are located on the Club Floors and they include access to the Club Lounge.
- The Parlour One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 38 squaremetres (409 square feet) and they are tastefully decorated with original art prints. These suites consist of a bedroom, a parlour with granite writing desk and wet bar and guesttoilet.
- The Executive Two-Bedroom Suites offer two bedrooms, a large comfortable living area with dining/conference table and works of art.
- The Townhouse Suites are two level suites and have a size of 37 squaremetres (398 square feet). They are decorated with planters housing beautiful tropical plants and each has a double-height window affording dramatic views.
- The Presidential Suite is a stunning two level mansion with a size of 305 squaremetres (3,283 square feet) overlooking Biscayne Bay, Fisher Island and Brickell Avenue. The large elegant living room is decorated with silk fabrics, Italian wallpaper, Portuguese needlepoint area rugs and an 18th century Belgian tapestry. Palladian-style furniture and antique accessories accent the surroundings and tropical plants decorate the living room area. Silk oriental carpets accent the living room, dining room and the bedrooms.
- The Royal Suite has a size of 305 squaremetres (3,283 square feet) and is a stunning two level mansion overlooking Port of Miami, Bayside Marketplace and the Beaches. The large elegant living room is decorated with crystal chandeliers, traditioanally designed brass balustrades and Georgian and Empire-inspired furnishings.
