The La Residencia Hotel > Guestrooms & Suites
La Residencia offers 36 guestrooms, 17 junior suites and six suites. All accommodations are individually and elegantly decorated in traditional Mallorquin style in soft natural shades and they offer modern comfort. Some have private balconies, terraces and four poster beds.All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe and bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobes.
- The Single Rooms have a size of 20 squaremetres (215 square feet) and they are equipped with one single bed. These rooms are decorated with traditional and antique Mallorquin furniture.
- The Standard Rooms have a size of 25 squaremetres (269 square feet) and they are equipped with one queen-size bed. These rooms offer every comfort and they are decorated with elegance and antique Mallorquin furniture. Guests can enjoy nice views over the valley.
- The Superior Rooms have a size of 30 squaremetres (323 square feet) and they are equipped with one queen-size bed. These rooms are decorated with antique Mallorquin furniture and they offer a sitting area. Some of these rooms are furnished with four-poster beds.
- The Junior Suites have a size of 40 to 45 squaremetres (431 to 484 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or one queen-size bed. The junior suites are individually decorated with antique Mallorquin furniture and the living area is separated by an archway from the sleeping area with four-poster bed. Some offes an own balcony, terrace or a little private garden.
- The Superior Suites have a size of 35 to 40 squaremetres (377 to 431 square feet) and they consists of a bedroom and separate living area.
- The luxurious and romantic Tower Suite is located the ancient watchtower, the oldest part of the building, and offer breathtaking panorama views of the village, the mountains and the sea. This suite is situated on two levels, on the lower level is the bedroom and the luxurious and elegant bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious living area and the private outdoor sun terrace.
- The Superior Suite 64 located above the main swimmimg pool in the Son Fony building. This suite consists of a spacious bedroom, a luxurious bathroom, a separate living area and a terrace with stunning view of the Tramuntana mountains. Guests can enjoy from the bedroom beautiful view of the village and from the lounge beautiful views of the mountains and the village.
- The four Luxury Suites are situated above the main swimming pool. One of these suites offer a plunge pool on the terrace and the other three luxury suite have private pools an the terrace or the garden.
- The Luxury Suite 54 has a size of 145 square metres (1,561 square feet) and is situated in the Son Fony building of the hotel above the main swimming pool. This suite consists of a bedroom, an adjacent bathroom with separate shower and toilet as well as a dressing area, and a spacious living area with open fire place, wet bar, DVD and video player. The terrace offer a covered pergula, an outdoor dining area and a private swimming pool.
- The Luxury Suite 66 has a size of 140 square metres (1,507 square feet) and is situated on the very top of the Son Fony building of the hotel above the main swimming pool. This suite consists of a bedroom, an adjacent bathroom with separate shower and toilet as well as a dressing area, and a spacious living area with open fire place, wet bar, DVD and video player. The terrace offer a covered pergula, an outdoor dining area and a private swimming pool.
- The Luxury Suite 61 has a size of 137 squaremetres (1,475 square feet) and is located in the Son Fony building of the La Residencia Hotel and offers beautiful vies of the village and the sea. This suite consists of a bedroom, a spacious living area with open fire place and wet bar as well as a little garden with terrace, plunge pool and covered sitting area.
- The Luxury Suite 67 has a size of 145 squaremetres (1,561 square feet) and is located above the main swimming pool with access from the Son Fony building of the hotel. This suite offers view of the Tramuntana mountains and the village and consists of a bedroom with four-poster bed, a separate living room with small kitchenette as well as a large terrace with private swimming pool.
