Guests at Hotel Le Bristol in Paris have the choice of two restaurants, the Gastronomic Restaurant with three Michelin stars and the 114 Faubourg and a bar.
- The Gastronomic Restaurant at Hotel Le Bristol, awarded with 3 Michelin stars, offers outstanding French cuisine and changes is surroundings in order to match the rhythm of the seasons. From May to September, the Summer Restaurant offers guests stunning views over the beautiful garden of the hotel and from October to April guests enjoy their meal in the Winter Restaurant. This magnificent dining room with its original oval form is decorated with beautiful oak panelling, crystal chandeliers, and tapestries.
- The 114 Faubourg is located on two levels, with the kitchen on the lower level. It is decorated in an elegant and modern brasserie-style and has an entrance from the lobby and a street entrance. Guests enjoy a creative an authentic French cuisine with fresh vegetables, grilled or steamed meat and fish, as well as a wide selection of international wines. 114 Faubourg is open for breakfast,lunch and dinner.
- Le Bristol Bar offers a variety of original cocktails, a selection of soups, club sandwiches, a large selection of salads, and desserts as well as the traditional English afternoon tea with a choice of fifteen different tees, cookies, scones and fine pastries. On some saturday afternoons, fashion designers present their collection in a convivial and private show.
