- The Matignon Salon, an elegant private 12-seating salon, is located in front of the 114 Faubourg Restaurant. This unique room is intimate and very discreet thanks to the noble woodwork of oak.
- The elegant Summer Salon draws its inspiration from the courtyard garden that surrounds it. The salon has a timeless and charming atmosphere, with a large French window opening onto a formal Parisian garden. Thequietude and tranqillity of this unique space make it a place of exceptional inspiration.
- The Winter Salon, the former private theatre of the Comte de Castellane, is decorated in the splendid style of the "Age of Enlightenment" with 18th century tapestries, carved Hungarian oak woodwork, Baccarat crystal chandeliers and a meticulously painted ceiling upom which the four seasons can be seen through the gold leaf elements.
