The Liassidi Palace Hotel is located in the former Zorzi-Liassidi Palace from the 15th century and is an elegant and authentic example of Venetian gothic architecture. The facade of the Liassidi Palalce is dominated by an imposing mullioned window with five columns. The balconies on the first floor offer some overturned columns and therefore this building is also known as the "Zorzi Palace with the crooked columns". After the recent restoration the Liassidi Palace combines the ancient splendour with luxury, comfort and most modern technology. The hotel is decorated with high ceilings and visible beams, splendid Murano glass lamps, elegant furnishings and the magnificent mullioned window with six lights overlooking the San Lorenzo Canal.
The Liassidi Palace Hotel has an own water access from the San Lorenzo Canal and the entrance from Calle della Madonna leads into the courtyard with lemon plants and jasmine. The heart of this exclusive and elegant hotel is the large banquet hall.

Guestrooms & Suites : The Liassidi Palace Hotel offers 26 guestrooms inclusive of 16 junior suites and suites on four floors and each room offers a particular view either of the garden of the ancient building, the inner courtyard, the San Lorenzo Canal, the Ponte dei Greci or the Church of St. George.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are stylishly and elegantly decorated with designer furnishings and precious materials like light coloured oak wood, dark national walnut wood and splendid fabrics in warm colours and they are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as air conditioning, individual heating control, satellite/cable TV, radio, direct dial telephone, internet access, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub/shower, bathrobes and hairdryer.
Two junior suites on the ground floor are reserved for disabled guests.
  • The Superior Rooms have a size of 15 to 18 squaremetres (162 to 194 square feet) and they are equipped either with one double bed or two twin beds. These rooms recently renovated and decorated in Art Deco style. The Superior rooms offer views of the Venetian courtsyard or Venetian streets. The bathroom is equipped either with shower or whirlpool bathtub.

  • The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 20 to 25 squaremetres (215 to 269 square feet) and they are equipped either with one double bed or two twin beds. These spacious rooms are decorated with modern furniture in Art Deco style and they offer views of the city. The bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub.
    Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
  • The Junior Suites have a size between 25 and 35 squaremetres (269 to 377 square feet). The spacious Junior suites offer either one double bed or two twin beds and a sitting area and they are decorated with modern furniture. Guests can enjoy views of the city or the canal. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub.
    Two of the junior suites are located on the ground floor and reserved for disabled guests.

  • The four exclusive Suites have a size of 40 to 50 square metres (431 to 538 square feet). These suites offer a bedroom with double or twin beds and a sitting room and they are elegantly and luxuriously decorated. Guests can enjoy views of the canal. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.
