The Hotel Marmorata offers two restaurants, one inside and one outside, overlooking the sea.
- The Restaurant "The old Paper-Mill" is mainly a motive of honour for the Hotel Marmorata, based of its regional specialities and international cuisine using fresh regional produce and seafood complimented by a well chosen wine list.
- The Restaurant "The Terraces" serves during the beautiful summer season lunch and dinner on the external terraces and feel mostly to be in contact with the nature.

Focussing on dishes typical of the area such as handmade pizza and pasta, sauces and seafood, the Chef offers also cooking classes, he has worked in some of the best hotels along the coast, mastering the traditional regional cuisine. During the class guests will enjoy the warm homey atmosphere of the kitchen. You will be presented with a certificate of accomplishment upon finishing the cooking program.
