The Mezzatorre Resort and Spa is built around a 16th-century watchtower housing romantic guestrooms and suites. Other buildings scattered in the park with pine groves include charming rooms and three large junior suites. Hotel Mezzatorre offers 59 air-conditioned guestrooms, of which 22 are housed in the old tower. Each room is luxuriously appointed with exquisite Italian taste and elegance and all of them feature comfortable en-suite facilities with bath or shower and WC, colour TV, direct dial telephone, safe and minibar. 7 suites feature panoramic views of the Mediterranean, and 3 of them provide guests with a small private garden and a Jacuzzi tub. Depending on their location, the guestrooms are classified as follows :
- The Standard Rooms are equipped either with one double bed or two twin beds. Provided with a balcony and surrounded by a lush park with pines and plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation, they are located in the "Visconti" building close to the former Visconti's residence 'La Colombaia'. Offering views of the flourish gardens these rooms are the perfect choice for those loving nature and tranquillity. The marble bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
- The Comfort Rooms are equipped either with a double bed, a queen-size bed or two twin beds. These rooms are located partly in the "Visconti" building and partly on the first floor of the Reception building. They all have a balcony with a superb view of the sea or of the San Montano Bay. The marble bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
- The Superior Park Rooms are equipped either with a double bed or two twin beds. Being located either in the "Foresteria" or in the "Serra" building, these rooms all feature a large balcony with a superb view of the sea. The marble bathroom offers a bathtub.
- The Superior Old Tower Rooms are equipped either with a double bed, a queen-size bed or two twin beds. These rooms are located inside the ancient Saracen Tower and some of them have a small balcony. Due to the tower's architecture, they are not very large but their warm colours and furniture make them extremely romantic. They offer front or side sea view and the bathrooms are equipped with bathtub or shower.
- The Classic Junior Suite features a large double bed. Situated on the 1st floor of the Reception building, it is composed by a bedroom, a living-room with two windows offering a superb sea view, and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
- The Deluxe Open Plan Suites also feature a large double bed. These spacious suites are situated in the "Foresteria" building and have a bedroom with a large living-room area, a private garden with a superb sea view and a small swimming-pool with Jacuzzi.
- The Deluxe Old Tower Suites are located in the ancient Saracen Tower and have all a superb sea view. They have a large bedroom with one double bed, a separate living room with armchair-beds and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
