- The elegantly appointed Superior Rooms have a size of 40 squaremetres (431 square feet) and they are located either in the Main Hotel, the Osais Wing or Green Park. These rooms are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds and they offer a small sittung area and boast view of the Table Mountain, the pool or the gardens. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, washbasin and lavatory.
- The Luxury Rooms have a size of 45 squaremetres (484 suqare feet) and they are located in the Main Hotel, Taunton House or Green Park. These rooms are decorated with old-world charm and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. The Luxury rooms offer a small sitting area and view of the Table Mountain, the beautiful gardens or the fountain courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, washbasin and lavatory.
- The Junior Suites have a size of 63 to 82 squaremetres (678 to 883 square feet) and they are located in the Main Hotel, Hof Villa, Helmsley House, Green Park, or Garden Cottages. These suites are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds and they offer either an open plan sitting area or a separate lounge. The Junior suites boast views of Table Mountain, the lush landcaped gardens, the pool area or a courtyard with fountain.
- The Executive Suites have a size of 70 to 85 squaremetres (753 to 915 square feet) and they are located in the Taunton or Helmsley House. These suites are equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds and they offer a spacious open-plan sitting and dinning area. All of these suites have a private balcony and views either of a courtyard with fountain or the Table Mountain. Some of the Executive suites are equipped with a kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, wet bar and sink. The luxurious marble bathroom offer a walk-in dressing area.
- The Deluxe Suites have a size of 75 to 138 squaremetres and they are situated in Hof Villa, Helmsley, Taunton House, or the Garden Cottage. These suites consist of a bedroom, equipped either with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds, and a separate living and dining area. These suites offer a private balcony with view of a courtyard with fountain or the pool area. Some of the Deluxe suites are equipped with a kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, wet bar and sink. - The Luxury Suites have a size of 140 to 142 squaremetres (1,507 to 1,528 square feet) and they are situated in the Main Hotel Building, the Garden Cottages or the top floor of the Green Park. These suites are elegantly and luxuriously decorated and they consist of an entrance foyer, a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious lounge, a dinning room and a guest powder room. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Table Mountain, the garden or the pool area. Some of the Luxury suites are equipped with a kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, wet bar and sink.
- The Presidential Suite has a size of 320 square metres (3.444 square feet) and is a combination of two Luxury suites and a Superior room. The Presidential suite offers a stunning panoramic view of the Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill.
