The Restaurant Nhube, the latest restaurant concept of the NH Hotels and the first Nhube Restaurant in the Netherlands, is inspired by the famous chef Ferran Adrià, often associated with the "Molecular Gastronomiy", and offer a combination of restaurant facilities, entertainment and leisure.Ferran Adrià is the world-famous head chef of the EL Bulli Restaurant in Roses on the Costa Brava. Today Adrià is considered on of the best chefs in the world and the El Bulli is one of the best restaurants in Europe.
The Nhube Restaurant is decorated in a moden design in the colour shades beige to chocolate-brown with orange accents and natural materials like silk, leather, cotton, and velvet and serves a wide range of traditional Spanish cuisine as well as trendy dishes.
