Guestrooms & Suites : The One & Only Resort at Reethi Rah offers 130 villas and suites with 98 Beach Villas surrounded by lush tropical greenery directly at the beach and 32 Water Villas above the crystal clear waters of the lagoon connected by walkways from secluded points of the island. All villas and suites are decorated in an elegant and contemporary style with modern comfort and they are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo system with CD and DVD player, telephone, fax machine on request, highspeed broadband Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub and shower, bathrobes, hairdryer and toiletries.

Cuisine & Cocktails : The One and Only Resort Reethi Rah boasts three restaurant with culinary delights for each taste and every occasion and a bar.
- The Reethi Restaurant is situated on the sheltered east side of the island with stunning views of the pool area, the beach and the ocean and serves an excellent light cuisine from Mediterranean and Asia Pacific, prepared in an open show kitchen, as well as a wide range of finest wines. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and a private dining room is available.
- The Japanese restaurant Tapasake offers contemporary Japanese cuisine with sushi and sashimi specialities, fish and seafood, fresh from the India Ocean, as well as a great variety of premium sakes and finest wines from all over the world.
- The Fanditha is a restaurant and lounge with a unique Arabean beach concept and is located at the northern tip of the island. This exotic beachside place offers Middle Eastern specialities and a finest range of champagnes and chilled rosés under the stars.
