Cuisine & Cocktails : The Paradis Hotel and Golf Club offers four restaurants with international cuisine and four bars. All restaurants and bars at the Dinarobin Hotel Golf & Spa are open to guests of the Paradis. Restaurants at the Dinarobin include Saveurs des Iles, L?Harmonie and Le Morne Plage.
- Le Brabant is the main restaurant at Paradis Hotel and overlooks the pool and the sea. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tantalising international and themed buffets are a gourmets delight. A full hot and cold buffet breakfast is served daily while lunch is a la carte. The restaurant has been well designed so that it can cater for large groups or more secluded and intimate dining for couples.
- The Blue Marlin Restaurant has an enviable reputation in Mauritius for elegant dining in the most exotic setting. The restaurant is on the water?s edge and overlooks the lapping waters of the lagoon. The tempting ? la carte menu offers a selection of fine European, Mauritian and seafood delicacies while a delicious set menu of the day is also available.
