… is situated with a breathtaking view of the deep blue Mediterranean and the "Faraglioni" rocks.
The "Rocks of Faraglioni" are probably Capri's best known attraction. There are three stacks in the Capri Faraglioni (though, to tell the truth, there is a detached fourth one as we shall see). The first, 109 ms high, is attached to the coast and named "Stella". The stack furthest out is 104 ms high and known as "Scopolo". Between the two is the "Faraglione di mezzo" (stack in the middle!) which is 81 ms high.
The Punta Tragara Hotel is situated on the steep coast above Capri with breathtaking view over the Mediterranean and the rocks of "Faraglioni". Distinguished by the bold elegance of its exterior, Hotel Punta Tragara is in perfect harmony with its surroundings, conceived by Le Corbusier, one of the most famous French architects. The Punta Tragara Hotel exudes all the refined elegance of a truly upper-class setting with its precious tapestries, original period furniture, the silence of its corridors and its swimming pool high above the sea.
