The Regency Hotel Firenze offers 35 guestrooms inclusive of eight suites on four floors. All accommodations are decorated in the Renaissance style of the 19th century in soft Tuscan colour shades, elegant draperies and precious furnishings, carefully chosen to create a charming ambience of a classic Florentine villa.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with modern comfort and amenities, such as individually controlled air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, radio, working desk, direct dial telephone, wireless internet connection, easy chair, minibar, safe and Carrera marble bathroom with bathtub/shower, bathrobe, slippers, bathroom amenities and telephone in bathroom.

• The Double Rooms Single Use have a size of 15 squaremetres and they are equipped with one queen size bed. These rooms are situated either in the main building or the villa in the garden with street view or private garden view and they are decorated with antique Renaissance style furniture from the 19th century and richly coloured fabrics. The white marble bathroom is equipped with bathub or shower.
  Maximum occupancy 1 adult.
• The Classic Rooms have a size of 20 to 25 squaremetres (215 to 269 square feet) and they are equipped either with one queen size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are situated either in the main building or the villa in the garden with street view or private garden view and they are decorated with antique Renaissance style furniture from the 19th century and richly coloured fabrics. The white marble bathroom is equipped with bathub or shower.
  Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
• The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 squaremetres (323 square feet) and they are either equipped with one queen size bed, one king size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are decorated with antique Renaissance style furniture from the 19th century and richly colours fabrics and they are situated in the main building with private garden or park view. The white marble bathroom is equipped with bathub or shower.
  One rollaway is available. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
• The Junior Suites have a size of 40 to 50 squaremetres (431 to 538 square feet) and they are are equipped either with one queen size bed or one king size bed. The Junior suites are decorated with antique Renaissance style furniture from the 19th century and richly coloured fabrics and they are situated in the main building or the villa in the garden with private garden or park view. One Junior suite offer a terrace. The white marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower.
  One rollaway is available. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
• The Suites have a size of 65 squaremetres (700 square feet) and they are located in the main building with park view. These suites consist of a bedroom with one king size bed and a living area with a queen sofa bed and they are decorated with antique Renaissance style furniture from the 19th century and richly colours fabrics. The suites offer two marble bathrooms.
