The Regina Hotel Baglioni offers 103 elegant decorated guestrooms as well as 19 luxurious and spacious junior suites and suites. All accommodations benefit from recent renovation, all carefully restored using rich woods and refurbihed in classical style. The suites are authentic gems in pure Art deco style. Some of the suites offers private terraces and those on the seventh floor enjoy fantastic views of Rome.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable and satellite TV, radio, working desk with lamp, direct dial telephone, high speed internet access, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror, bathroom amenities and telephone in bathroom.

The 39 Superior Rooms have a size of 25 to 30 squaremetres (269 to 323 square feet) and they are equipped with either one double bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are warmly and comfortably decorated in a classical Italian style with antique furniture, precious Murano glass hand-blown lamps and silk or brocades fabrics. Some Superior rooms are distinguished by silk tapestries, others by the elegant furnishings in shades of brown. The rooms offer views of the internal courtyard, Via Veneto and the surrounded Roman streets. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower.

The 46 Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 to 35 squaremetres (323 to 377 square feet) and they are equipped with either one double bed or two twin size beds. These spacious and comportable rooms are decorated either in a traditional Italian style with antique decor, precious silk tapestry, damask and Murano crystal chandeliers or in a more innovative design with Art Deco furniture and fine marble floors. Some of these rooms overlook the world-famous Via Veneto or they offer a balcony with panoramic view over the city. Each of these rooms offer a sitting area with armchairs and coffee table as well as a working area with desk. The Italian marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and handheld shower and a double washbasin.

The 18 Grand Deluxe Rooms have a size of 40 squaremetres (431 square feet) and they offer either one double bed or two twin size beds. These rooms have been recently renovated in an elegant Art Deco style and each room offers a characteristic and unique design. These rooms are designed with marble floors, original furniture, tapestries in a refined combination of colours, precious fabrics, and Murano hand-blown chandeliers. This luxurious suite consists of a bedroom with one king size bed, a spacious living room with a sitting area with coffee table and armchairs, an elegant dining area and private bar corner as well as two bathrooms. The master bathroom is very spacious and completely covered in marble. This suite is availble for small meetings. The Penthouse Panoramic Suite has a size of 65 squaremetres (700 square feet) and is located on the eight and top floor of the hotel with breathtaking view of Via Veneto and over the city. This unique suite is designed in Art Deco style with original furniture, Murano vases, porcelain object, precious carpets and marble floors. This suite consists of a bedroom with one king size bed, a spacious and comfortable living room and a private terrace. The living room is enriched with decorations and details from the 1930s, a private bar and a working marble fireplace. High ceilings and precious fabrics create the setting in which two elegant columns separate the sitting room and working area from the intimacy of the bedroom, with large windows overlooking the terrace between the domes and rooftops of Rome.
