Guestrooms & Suites : The Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I offers 375 guestrooms and 37 suites on 15 floors. All accommodations offers magnificent views of the skyline of the city and they are decorated with contemporary wood furnishings and modern art prints.
All guestrooms, junior suite and suites are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, heating, cable and satellite TV, international direct dial telephone, dataport, modem, high speed internet connection, writing desk, minibar, in-room safe and marble bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.
Since June 2006 the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I offers the new Executive Floor with 32 Deluxe rooms and one Junior suite. The Executive Floor is situated on the twelfth floor and guests of these rooms can enjoy breathtaking views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea, VIP check-in and check-out, a large selection of international and national press, secretarial service and free internet access as well as four gastronomic presentions every day.
- The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 squaremetres (322 square feet) and they are equipped either with a queen-size bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms offer views of the sea or the mountains and they are decorated in a modern style. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower.
- The Executive Floor Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 squaremetres (322 square feet) and they are equipped eithe with a queen-size bed or two twin-size beds. These rooms offer views of the sea or the mountains and they are decorated in a modern style. The marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub and separate shower. Guests of these rooms can enjoy all amenities of the Executive Floor.
- The Deluxe Junior Suites have a size of 60 squaremetres (646 square feet) and they are decorated in an elegant modern style. The bedroom, equipped with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds, and the living room with dining table for four guests are separated by sliding doors. The Junior suites also offer a guest powder room.
The Deluxe Junior Suites are also available with two bedrooms and they offer a size of 90 squaremetres (969 square feet).
- The Euro Suites are situated in the corners of the hotel building with stunning views over Barcelona and they have a size of 70 squaremetres (753 square feet). These suites are tastefully decorated with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and they consist of a separate bedroom with one king-size bed or two twin-size beds as well as a living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table for four guests. The luxurious marble bathroom offers a corner shaped bathtub and a separate shower.
- The Euro Suites with two Bedrooms are situated in the corners of the hotel building with stunning views over Barcelona and they have a size of 100 squaremetres (1,076 square feet). These suites are tastefully decorated with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and they consist of two bedrooms, equipped with one king-size bed and two twin-size beds, two marble bathrooms with bathtub and shower as well as a living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table for four guests. The luxurious master bathroom offers a corner shaped bathtub and a separate shower.
- The Presidential Suite is situated on the forteenth floor of the hotel with breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea and the city. This suite is elegantly decorated in a classical style and consists of a bedroom with one king-size bed, a spacious living room with boardroom style table for up to eight persons and a small kitchen. The luxurious marble bathroom offers a bathtub and separate shower.
This suite is also available with two bedrooms.
- The Royal Suite is located on the top floor of the hotel with breathtaking views over the city and the Mediterranean Sea. This elegantly and luxuriously decorated suite consists of two suites which are separated by sliding doors and has a size of 450 squaremetres (4,844 square feet) complete. Both suites offer high technology equipment and they have a private lift.
The Royal Suite with one Bedroom has a size of 200 squaremetres (2,153 square feet) and this part of the Royal suite offers stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Barcelona. This suite consists of a bedroom, a dressing room and a spacious living room with lounge area, dining table for up to ten persons and a piano. The luxurious marble bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.
The Royal Suite with two bedrooms has a size of 250 squaremetres (2,691 square feet) and this part of the Royal suite offers beautiful views of the Avenida Diagonal and the city mountains. This suite is composed of two bedrooms, two luxurious marble bathrooms, each with a whirlpool bathtub and a separate shower, a spacious living room with lounge area and dining table for 10 guests.
