Guestrooms & Suites : The newly appointed 31 guestrooms and 20 suites radiate comfort, peace and elegance. All guestrooms and suites are luxuriously and individually decorated:
  • The Standard Rooms are cosy little rooms for skiing people and hikers with magnificent view to the mountains. This rooms are equipped with TV, minibar and writing desk. The size of this rooms is 20 to 23 squaremeters.
  • The Superior Rooms are newly appointed rooms with big windows and lots of light, facing the village of San Cassiano. These rooms have a size of 30 to 35 squaremeters and they are equipped with TV, minibar and writing desk.
  • The Deluxe Rooms are beautiful large rooms with wooden furnishings, large bathroom and changing room. They are equipped with TV, minibar and writing desk, and they have a size of 35 to 40 squaremeters.
  • The Junior Suites, with a size of 35 to 40 squaremeters, are beautiful rooms are decorated with original ancient furnishings and precious materials. This rooms include a changing room, elegant and luxurious bathroom and overlooking the Dolomites and they are equipped with TV, stereo system, minibar and writing desk.
  • The Suites are decorated with original ancient furnishings and precious fabrics such as linen. This rooms face the Dolomite Peak surrounding the Hotel Rosa Alpina. This rooms are equipped with TV, stereo system, minibar, writing desk and include a changing room. The size of this rooms are 45 to 50 squaremeters, some rooms with terrace or balcony.

Cuisine & Cocktails : The Rosa Alpina hotel offers four restaurants:
  • In the small, exclusive gourmet restaurant St. Hubertus, it is personality that counts: the personality of the guest who knows how to enjoy, and the personality of the chef, who knows how to satisfy the food and drink needs of his guest. In the cosy and charming ambience of the St. Hubertus, chef Norbert Niederkofler takes the time to advise each guest in person: the dishes are thus as non-uniform as the guests themselves. Michelin star since 2000, rewarded as best restaurant of the region Trentino Region Alto Adige, year 2002.
  • In the restaurant Limonaia, you will find a menu with mediterranean specialities, pasta dishes and fresh fish, which is delivered daily from Chioggia, near Venice.
  • In a separate room of the "Limonaia Restaurant is the Fondue Stube situated and serves fondue Bourgignonne with meat, Swiss fondue with cheese and other regional specialities.
  • The Wine Bar & Grill is a dynamic young restaurant. A menu specializing in grills and with a choice of hors d'oeuvre and first courses. Don't miss the soufflé with a milk chocolate heart, served with raspberries and vanilla ice cream. Many wines are served by the glass and after 10 p.m. the place turns into a Piano Bar HUGS?BAR, a popular night-spot in the Alta Badia.
