The Rosa Alpina hotel offers four restaurants:
- In the small, exclusive gourmet restaurant St. Hubertus, it is personality that counts: the personality of the guest who knows how to enjoy, and the personality of the chef, who knows how to satisfy the food and drink needs of his guest. In the cosy and charming ambience of the St. Hubertus, chef Norbert Niederkofler takes the time to advise each guest in person: the dishes are thus as non-uniform as the guests themselves. Michelin star since 2000, rewarded as best restaurant of the region Trentino Region Alto Adige, year 2002.
- In the restaurant Limonaia, you will find a menu with mediterranean specialities, pasta dishes and fresh fish, which is delivered daily from Chioggia, near Venice.
- In a separate room of the "Limonaia Restaurant is the Fondue Stube situated and serves fondue Bourgignonne with meat, Swiss fondue with cheese and other regional specialities.
- The Wine Bar & Grill is a dynamic young restaurant. A menu specializing in grills and with a choice of hors d'oeuvre and first courses. Don't miss the soufflé with a milk chocolate heart, served with raspberries and vanilla ice cream. Many wines are served by the glass and after 10 p.m. the place turns into a Piano Bar HUGS?BAR, a popular night-spot in the Alta Badia.
