The St. Regis Grand Hotel features 161 guestrooms inclusive of 23 junior suites and suites on four floors, all luxuriously appointed in a combination of Empire, Regency and Louis XV styles. In the guestrooms, juniorsuites and suites, the Roman colors of red and gold again make their appearance. The details speak for themselves: gilded plasterwork, French and Italian furnishings, Murano chandeliers, lavish marble bathrooms, and oversize beds draped in the finest silks and damasks. Each room bears the name of its own original fresco depicting a Roman fountain, temple, ruin, or monument. Unique in Rome, all suites and two floors of VIP accommodations come with butler service around the clock. The butlers service as personal assistants, valets, and concierges, even customizing the room setup on request.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable and satellite TV,direct dial telephone with voicemail, minibar, safe and marble bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and bathroom amenities.

• The Superior Rooms have a size of 35 squaremetres (377 square feet) and they are equipped with either one king size bed, one queen size bed or two twin size beds. These rooms are elegantly decorated in gilded and carved Empire style in rich blue, red and gold colour shades with silk, damask and plush carpets as well as furniture with wooden inlays and velvet armchair as well as writing table in dark wood and gilt. The large marble-tiled bathrooms of these rooms offer elegant marble vanities.

• The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 40 squaremetres (431 square feet) and they are equipped with either one king size bed, one queen size bed or two twin size beds. These spacious rooms are decorated with opulent Italian materials, unique accessories, like carpets and cushions, designed exclusively for the St. Regis Grand. The architectural details comprise Italian marble and stucco and these rooms are decorated in Empire style and colour shades in "roman" red, beige and gold. These rooms offer ornate writing tables. The large marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub with shower and elegant marble vanities.

• The spacious and luxurious Imperial Rooms have a size of 45 squaremetres (485 square feet) and they are equipped with either one king size bed or two twin size beds. These warm and elegant rooms are sumptuosly decorated with luxurious furniture and the large windows provides an open and airy ambience. Most of the bathrooms offer two washbasin, bathtub and separate shower.

• The Junior Suites have a size of 55 squaremetres (592 square feet) and they offer exceptional elegance and latest comfort. The junior suites are decorated in a combination of Empire, Regency and Louis XV styles and they offer sofas, velvet armchairs and curtains in warm colour shades of red, beige and gold. These suites consist of a bedroom with a unique fresco above the headboard and a separate living area. Select junior suites offer views of Bernini's church of St. Maria della Vittoria on Via XX Settembre. Guests of the Junior suites enjoy additional amenities such as St. Regis Butler Service, stereo system, DVD player and a CD collection. The large marble bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and separate shower.

• The Ambassador Suites have a size of 80 squaremetres (862 square feet) and each of these luxurious suites is characterized by an individual colour scheme and decor. These suites are decorated with Murano glass chandeliers and lamps, precious damask fabrics as well as original frescoes and stucco and they consist of a bedroom and a separate living room. Guests of these suites enjoy St. Regis Butler Service. The luxurious marble bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate shower and double washbasin. Some of these suites offer a guest toilet.

• The Designer Suite is located on the first floor of the hotel and has a size of 130 squaremetres (1,400 square feet). The design of this suite is characterized by contemporary furnishings and fabrics as well as original works of art of contemporary artists like Luca Pignatelli, Paolo Fiorentino and Ubaldo Bartolini. This unique suite is decorated gold and platinum colour shades, wood and marble floors and coffered ceiling. The Designer suite consists of an entrance hall, living room and bedroom with bathroom, equipped with a whirlpool bathtub and a dressing area. The entrance foyer with golden tones leads to the living room which blends Belle Époque detailing with furnishings from the French style of the 1940's. Guests of this suite enjoy St. Regis Butler Service, fresh flowers, and fruit basket.

• The Bottega Veneta Suite has been designed by Tomas Maier in 2007 and is furnished with an inspired mix of pieces from the Bottega Veneta furniture collection and traditional pieces. This luxurious suite consists of a bedroom with a sitting area, a spacious bathroom, and a living room with fireplace and has a size of 80 squaremetres (862 square feet). This one-bedroom version can be supplemented by two other connecting bedrooms and bathrooms adorned in the same style and the suite has a size of 160 squaremetres (1,723 square feet) with three bedrooms. Guests of the Bottega Veneta Suite enjoy the St. Regis Butler Service.

• The Royal Suite, with a size of 300 squaremetres (3,231 square feet), is the traditional home of monarchs, heads of state and celebrities and is decorated with antique furnishings of the 18th and 19th century. Louis XVI and Piedmontese furnishings complement the wine red, gold and green color schemw. This unique suite comprises of a entrance foyer, a master bedroom with one king size bed, a guest bedroom, two dressing closets, a spacious living room with grand piano, a dining room with a marble table for 12 guests, a kitchen and a wine cellar. This suite has diplomatic entrance with separate elevator. Guests of this unique suite enjoy St. Regis Butler Service, a private kitchen, a private wine cellar, unpacking and packing service, welcome bottle of wine or champagne, pastries at tea-tme, direct check-in in the suite, fresh flowers, and fruit basket.
