The Hotel Therme di Saturnia Resort & Spa offers 140 guestrooms inclusive of 16 rooms situated in the hotel's villa, 65 junior suites and 8 suites. All guestrooms, junior suites and suites feature air conditioning, radio and sat-TV, working desk, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub and/or shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
- The Class Single Rooms are equipped with one single bed. The bathroom offers a shower only. Some of these rooms have a balcony.

- The Class Rooms are equipped with one queen-size bed. The bathroom offer a bathtub or shower. These rooms have view of the city.

- The Junior Suites are located in the most recent part of Hotel Terme di Saturnia's building and these large and elegant rooms are made of materials in harmony with Tuscan traditions, from the wooden floors to the marbles and travertine stone of the bathrooms. Decorated with natural and relaxing colours, they are equipped with walk-in closet, ISDN hook-up, large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The Junior suites offer a queen-size bed and a living area.
- The Suites are overlooking the magic colours of the natural thermal spring of Hotel Terme di Saturnia too and are equipped with bedroom, little lounge and walk-in closet.
