All studios, apartments and suites offer modern comfort and amenities such as cable and satellite TV, radio, alarm clock, high speed internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, and bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer.

• The 79 Studios "Kramer" have a size of 35 to 43 squaremetres (377 to 463 square feet) and they are equipped with either one double bed or two single beds. These spacious rooms are decorated in a comfortable Bavarian country style and they offer a living and sleeping area. Most of these rooms have bay windows, dining area and balcony or terrace. The bathrooms of these studios are equipped with bathtub or shower.

• The 64 Comfort Apartments "Alpspitze" have a size of 55 squaremetres (592 square feet) and they are decorated in a comfortable Bavarian country style. These apartments are quietly situated and they consist of a sleeping area with one doube bed and a separate living area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. The living area offers a cosy sitting corner and south-facing balcony with view of the Bavarian mountain scenery. The bathrooms of these apartments are equipped with bathtub/shower.

• The 10 Family Apartments "Waxenstein" have a size of 77 squaremetres (829 square feet) and they are located in the attic storey. These spacious suites are decorated in a comfortable Bavarian country style and they consist of two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is equipped with one double bed and the other with one double bed, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a balcony with view of the beautiful Bavarian mountain scenery. The bathrooms of these suites are equipped with bathtub/shower.
  Maximum occupancy 5 adults.
• The two Luxury Apartments "Zugspitze" are located in the attic storey and they have a size of 89 squaremetres (959 square feet). These suites are decorated in a comfortable Bavarian country style and they consists of three separate bedrooms, all with a double bed, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a balcony with view of the beautiful Bavarian mountain scenery. The bathrooms of these suites are equipped with bathtub/shower.
