The Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs offers 700 comfortably and elegantly appointed guestrooms and 70 luxurios suites on nine floors, from cosy guestrooms in quiet corners of the hotel to spacious and luxurious suites with breathtaking views of the mountains.
All guestrooms, junior suites and suites are equipped with cable colour TV, alarm clock radio, telephone with voicemail, dataport, coffee and tee making facilities, iron and ironing board, minibar and private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and bathroom amenities. A rollaway is not available. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.

The Fairmont Rooms have a size of 16 squaremetres (162 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two twin-size beds or one queen-size bed plus one twin-size bed. These comfortably appointed rooms are located in the Main and Manor wings of the hotel with view of mountains and woodlands.
The well-appointed Fairmont View Rooms have a size of 16 squaremetres (162 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed or two single beds. These cosy rooms offer a variety of beautiful Bow Valley views and they offer a chair and table. The Fairmont View Rooms are only available on non-smoking floors.
The Deluxe Rooms have a size 19 squaremetres (200 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two twin-size beds, two queen-size beds or one queen-size bed plus one twin-size bed. These rooms are located in the main building, the Manor wing or the Conference Centre of the Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs and they offer mountain views. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
The elegantly appointed Deluxe View Rooms have a size of 19 squaremetres (200 square feet) and they are equipped with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two single beds, one queen-size bed plus one single bed or two queen-size beds. Deluxe View rooms are located throughout the hotel and offer beautiful views of the Bow Valley. Maximu occupancy 3 adults.
The Signature Rooms are luxuriously decorated in Scottish Highland style or elegant traditional decor. These rooms are situated in the main building or the Manor wings of The Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs. Thesre are two diffetnt configurations for the Signature rooms available.
The Signature rooms in the Main Wing og the hotel have a size of 24 squaremetres (260 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or one queen-size bed. These rooms offer unique architectural features that reflect the era in which the Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs was constructed and they offer view of the Boe Valley or the mountains.
The Signature rooms in the Manor Wing have a size of 24 squaremetres (260 square feet) and they are equipped with one king-size bed or one queen-size bed. These rooms are comfortably and elegantly designed and they offer views of the Bow Valley or the mountains.
The spacious Junior Suites are located either in the main building of the hotel or in the Manor Wing and they offer a sleeping area and sitting area within one large rooms.
The Junior Suites in the Main Wing have a size of 27 squaremetres (290 square feet) and they are equipped with one queen-size bed plus sofabed or one queen-size bed, one twin-size bed and a sofabed. These Junior suites offer views of the woodland and they are available either on smoking or non-smoking floors.
The Junior Suites in the Manor Wing have a size of 27 squaremetres (260 square feet) and they are equipped with two queen-size beds. These Junior suites offer views of the woodland and they are available only on non-smoking floors. One rollaway is available.
The One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 41 squaremetres (441 square feet) and they are situated either in the Main Wing or in the Tudor House. These suites consist of a bedroom, equipped with with one king-size bed plus a sofabed or two twin-size beds plus a sofabed, and an adjacent parlour and they offers view of the mountains or the Bow Valley.
The Two-Bedroom Suites have a size of 59 squaremetres (635 square feet). These suites consist of two bedrooms, the master bedroom offer one king-size bed and the second bedroom two twin-size beds, and an adjacent parlour with a sofabed. These suite offer views either of the woodland or the mountains.
The Honeymoon Suites are located on two levels connected by a staircase and they offer view of the surrounded mountains. These suites are differnet in size and they are equipped with one queen-size bed.
The unique Presidential Suite has a size 93 squaremetres (1,001 square feet) and is elegantly and luxuriously decoarted. This site offers breathtaking 360 degree panoramic view of the Bow River Valley and the Spray and consist of a bedroom with one canopy king-size bed, a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, grand piano, open fireplace and library area, a pantry and a guest bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. The Presidential Suite can be connected with the seven Deluxe rooms.
