The Fairmont Waterfront offer 489 spacious, elegant and comfortable guestrooms and suites. Over 300 of the 489 guestrooms and suites overlook the harbor, offering spectacular views of the majestic mountain peaks. The other guestrooms have splendid city skyline views. All guestrooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning with individual climate control, cable/satellite TV, alarm-clock radio, writing desk, direct dial telephone with voicemail, computer dataport, high-speed Internet access, iron with ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and bathroom amenities.
Fairmont Gold re-opened in the Spring of 2003 after extensive room renovations. Also known as a 'hotel within a hotel', Fairmont Gold is a luxurious Concierge level. Guests enjoy private check-in and check-out services in the Fairmont Gold reception area on the ninth floor. Guests can also access a comfortable private lounge featuring a spacious terrace with views of Stanley Park and the cruise ships. All Fairmont rooms offer spacious marble bathrooms.
Die Portside Deluxe Rooms have a size of 37 squaremtres (400 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two double beds. These rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the harbour of Vancouver with the Cruise Ship Terminal, the Heliport and the North Shore Mountains in the backdrop. All these rooms offer large marble bathrooms.
The Waterfront Deluxe Rooms have a size of 37 squaremetres (400 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed or two double beds. These rooms offers large floor-to- ceiling with spectacular views of the harbour of Vancouver and the famous Stanley Park. All these rooms offer large marble bathrooms.
The Signature Rooms have a size of 44 squaremetres (470 square feet) and they are equipped with a king-size bed, a sitting area and a working desk. These exceptional corner rooms offer panoramic views of the harbour of Vancouver and the Stanley Park. The spacious marble bathroom has a large window with harbour view.
The Fairmont Gold Rooms have a size of 33 to 40 squaremetres (360 to 430 square metres) and they are equipped either with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed or two double beds. These rooms are elegantly decorated in beautiful colour shades of shimmering yellow and blue and they offer view of the harbour or the city of Vancouver. The Waterfront Suites have a size of 42 squaremetres (452 square feet) and they are located from the third to the sixth floor of the hotel. These "Junior suites" offer stunning harbour views and they consist of a bedroom with one king-size bed and a French door leads to the spacious living area with pull-out sofa bed.
The One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 72 squaremetres (775 square feet) and they are situated on the higher floors of the hotel with views of the Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains. These elegant decorated suites consist of a bedroom, equipped either with one queen-size bed or two twin-size beds, a marble bathroom, a parlour room with "Murphy" bed and a adjacent batroom with shower only.

The exclusive Vista Suite has a size of 93 squaremetres (1,000 square feet) and is situated on the fifth floor of the hotel with beautiful views of downtown Vancouver, the harbour, the Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains. This suite offers a airy and light decor and consists of a large bedroom with one king-size bed a spacious living rooms with dining area for four persons and a wet bar as well as an expansive private terrace.
The exclusive and elegant Garden Suite has a size of 102 squaremetres (1,098 square feet) and is located on the third floor of the hotel and offers view of the harbour, the Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains. This suite is decorated with a rich golden and green floral decor and consists of a bedroom, equipped wither with one queen-size bed or two double beds, a spacious parlour with a queen-size sofabed and a dining area for eight guests, a pantry and a private terrace.

The elegant and luxurious Royal Suite has a size of 186 squaremetres (2,002 square feet) ans is located on the seventh and eighth floor of the hotelwith breathtaking views of the harbour and the skyline of Vancouver. This split level suite consist of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area for eight guests, a pantry kitchen and a private spacious terraced balcons. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and the adjoining marble bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub and a separate shower. The second bedroom offers also a king-size bed.
